Working Together

My Style & Approach

My therapeutic style is respectful, direct, and compassionate. My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative that is both person-centered and strengths-based customized for you.

I strive to provide reliable and quality care built on evidence-based practices (listed below) and professionalism, without judgment, in a warm, safe space where you can be yourself and feel comfortable exploring and implementing growth and change.

Whether you're looking to resolve current life stressors, or want to heal from deeper pain, my goal is to help you identify areas in your life that you wish to address and learn effective ways to handle or change them . I'll challenge and support you in developing ways to work through, adapt to, improve, or overcome your concerns. Together, we will focus on skill-building and tools, such as mindfulness, cognitive reframing, and boundary setting—through asking questions, providing feedback, and helping you view situations from different perspectives.

I view therapy as an essential part of overall wellness—there doesn’t have to be something 'wrong' to begin. My approach and style include the principles of Dr. Becky Kennedy’s 'Good Inside' philosophy: the belief that we are all inherently good, and that our behaviors are often indicators of unmet needs rather than definitions of who we are.

My hope is that each session you feel heard, supported and empowered taking away new insights, skills, and a sense of agency.

I look forward to connecting with you.
