Working Together
How We’ll Work Together
Transitions, including perimenopause, can bring up old wounds, new fears, and big questions. Together, we’ll create space for all of it.
Who I Support
I specialize in life transitions, with advanced understanding of perimenopause. I support individuals experiencing:
Mood changes, anxiety, irritability, or emotional overwhelm
Identity shifts or feeling disconnected from themselves
Career or relationship changes
Adjustment to parenthood
Navigating ADHD in adulthood
Grief, loss, or unexpected life changes
Whether you’re in the midst a major life transition, hormonal shifts, or both, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
How I Support You
My therapeutic style is respectful, direct, and compassionate. My approach to therapy is holistic, integrative, person-centered and strengths-based customized for you.
I strive to provide reliable, trauma-informed, quality care built on evidence-based practices and professionalism, without judgment, in a warm, safe space where you can be yourself and feel comfortable exploring and implementing growth and change.
I’ll provide tools, insight, and support and you’ll never be dismissed or rushed.
You deserve to feel seen and understood in this stage of life, along with care that honors your lived experience and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
